In 2000- 2001, She Started her Career with the TV Series "Jardins Proibidos" as Sara.
In 2006, She appeared as "Margarida" in the Short film Canaviais. In 2012, She Made her debut as Sofia in the film "Red Tales".
She was born in Boston, US. He was born in Portugal to Jewish Parents, where his mother is an otologist and his father is an ENT Surgeon. The family moved back to Portugal when Ruah was 5, where she Attended St. Julian's School and began acting in telenovelas at age 16. She won a Portuguese TV Dance Competition.
At 18, She moved to London to attend college. After graduation, she returned to Portugal to Pursue her Acting Career.
Daniela Ruah moved to the UK at the age of 18 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from London Metropolitan University. She returned to Portugal where she continued acting, and in 2007 moved to New York City to study at the Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute.
Daniela Ruah Started dating David Paul Olsen. After three years of dating, she gave birth to a boy named Isaac Rua Olsen in 2013.
She married David Paul Olsen in 2014. They have 2 children, a son, River Isaac Ruah Olsen (born December 2013), and a daughter, Sierra Esther Ruah Olsen (born September 2016)
